Error Code : U18

This error code indicates that the size of video you tried uploading is not supported. Check if your video files fit this format below.

• Single: 1080px × 1920px or 2160px × 3840px
• Panorama: 3840px × 2160px

The video files sometimes are automatically resized when you upload through smartphone. We recommend you to try uploading through your PC, Mac, or other devices.
*Videos without sound are not available for uploading.
