This error code indicates that Atmoph Window 2 failed to connect to a valid internet connection even if it connects to an access point.
Troubleshoot the error code:
- Restart your Atmoph Window 2 by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
- Reconnect your Wi-Fi by going MENU > Settings > System > Network.
- If other devices which using the same SSID can connect to the internet browser.
- If there are any limits on the number of devices of your router can concurrently connect.
