Error Code : N05

This error code indicates that you have attempted to subscribe to the Limitless plan with an account with an active subscription plan. If you have already joined our Panorama or Panorama+ plan, you can sign in with the same account without needing to register a new account.

If you would like to change your plan, unsubscribe from your current plan by going to MENU > Account, selecting your current plan from Payment and choose “Unsubscribe”. Once you have unsubscribed from your current plan, you can choose a new plan.
