This error code indicates that Atmoph Window failed to connect to a wireless access point for some reason.
Troubleshoot the error code:
- Put the router close to your Atmoph Window as much as possible you can.
- Restart your Atmoph Window by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Also confirm:
- If other devices which using the same SSID can connect to the internet browser.
- If there are any limits on the number of devices of your router can concurrently connect.

If your router is set to automatically switch channels, we recommend turning off this setting. Automatic channel switching may cause connection instability, as the device may fail to reconnect properly when the channel changes.
