This error is displayed when no registered account can be found. When you first sign in to your Atmoph Window, please first create and set up your new account via “Sign Up (Create Account)”.
Troubleshoot the error code:
- Select ‘Sign up’ and enter your email address.
- Check the confirmation email which automatically has sent to you.
- Click the link on the email and verify your email address.
- Confirm if your Atmoph Window 2 is verified.
You will not be able to use the account you created for the Atmoph Store when purchasing the Atmoph Window in order to sign in. You will need an account specifically for use with the Atmoph Window to sign in.
