This error code indicates that your Atmoph account information is unreadable due to an unstable internet connection.
Troubleshoot the error code:
- Restart your Atmoph Window by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
- If possible, reboot your router.
- Reconnect your Wi-Fi by going MENU > Settings > System > Network.
- Confirm if your Atmoph Window is signed in to your account properly.
Also confirm:
- If other devices which using the same SSID can connect to the internet browser.
- If there are any limits on the number of devices of your router can concurrently connect.

If your router is set to automatically switch channels, we recommend turning off this setting. Automatic channel switching may cause connection instability, as the device may fail to reconnect properly when the channel changes.
