This error code indicates that Atmoph Window failed to connect to a valid internet connection even if it connects to an access point.
To solve the issue, try the below troubleshooting depending on your situation.
While initial setting:
- Turn off your router if it is possible.
- Restart your Atmoph Window by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
- Turn on your router.
- Proceed with the setup.
In use:
- Restart your Atmoph Window by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
- Wait for few minutes and reconnect your Wi-Fi by going MENU > Settings > System > Network.
Also confirm:
- If other devices which using the same SSID can connect to the internet browser.
- If there are any limits on the number of devices of your router can concurrently connect.

If your router is set to automatically switch channels, we recommend turning off this setting. Automatic channel switching may cause connection instability, as the device may fail to reconnect properly when the channel changes.
