This error code indicates that your Atmoph account (the email address registered to your Atmoph Window) is not being recognized correctly as having an active Limitless subscription.
Please try the following steps and check whether the issue is resolved:
- Unplug the power cable and plug it back in to restart the device
- Go to MENU > Account, sign out, and then sign in again (Please note that you will need to sign in using your registered email address)
