If you hear a chime sound at irregular times—other than the ambient view sounds, soundscapes, alarms, or confirmation sounds in settings—it may be an error notification sound triggered when the internal system of your Atmoph Window detects an issue.
In many cases, this sound occurs when the network connection is unstable and the device attempts to reconnect to Wi-Fi. If you experience this issue, please check your Wi-Fi connection by going to MENU > Settings > System > Network.
Because this behavior can be strongly affected by the installation location and your indoor Wi-Fi environment, the chime sound may still occur even if the connection appears stable at the time of checking.
After confirming the Wi-Fi connection, please allow some time to see if the situation improves.
