Thank you for continued use of Atmoph Window. Along with the release of Atmoph Window 2, the sale of Atmoph Window has ended in 2020. Due to the discontinuation of the parts, both the one year warranty repair service and the paid repair service are no longer available.

If the malfunction is not fixed, please contact our support staff (contact@atmoph.com)and include the following information:

• Your name
• Your date of purchase
• Details about the malfunction issue you are having (the screen is blank, you cannot update application etc.)

Once we have determined what the fault may be, we will give you an estimate of the repair cost. (After the product has arrived at our centre we will send out the precise cost). Please note it may take between 5-10 working days for repairs.
