Prior to requesting repairs
Take note of the following posts they may help with your issue:
- Restart your Atmoph Window 2 (plug & unplug)
- Make sure if your cables do fit properly.
- Make sure if you turn off sleep mode.
If the malfunction is not fixed, please contact our support staff (contact@atmoph.com)and include the following information:
- Your name:
- Your e-mail address:
- Details about the malfunction issue you are having with Atmoph window (eg. speakers buzzing/static, screen blank after switching on, etc). :
* The more details you can give us, the better! - If you join Limitless plan, please let us know your Atmoph account (e-mail).
