Process for Repair Requests for Atmoph Window 2 and/or Atmoph Window Yo

Prior to requesting repairs

Take note of the following posts they may help with your issue:

• Restart your Atmoph Window 2 and/or Atmoph Window Yo (plug & unplug)
• Make sure if your cables do fit properly.
• Make sure if you turn off sleep mode.
