If you can not sign in with your Atmoph account, make sure the following.
Can not receive a confirmation e-mail:
- Check your junk mailbox.
- Double-check your e-mail address.
- Try a different e-mail address. sometimes, our e-mail admin@atmoph.com automatically is recognized as a spam mail.
Error Code U05:
This means we can not find your account, so make sure if you have one. If it is your first time using Atmoph Window, you need to make an account from Atmoph Window 2 device when you set it up. If you have created an account from our website, it can NOT be used on Atmoph Window 2 devices.
