Can I make changes to or cancel my order after placing it?

If shipping preparations have not yet begun, we can accept order cancellations, issue refunds, or make changes to your order. To do so, submit your order number and name via the contact form. Note that depending on the item or order details, certain changes may not be possible.

Once shipping preparations begin or are complete, order changes or direct cancellations can no longer be made. In such cases, the item must be returned at the customer's expense, and the request will be processed as a return.
