When you contact us through the inquiry form, you will see two options on the confirmation screen after submitting your inquiry: “No, I need more help” and “Yes, close my request.” If you select “close my request,” your inquiry will be treated as resolved, and no notification will be sent to our support team. If you selected “close my request” even though your issue has not been resolved, please contact us again so we can assist you.
