Notice Regarding the Termination of Certain Features for the First generation Atmoph Window and Atmoph Window 2

We would like to announce the planned, phased termination of certain features and content for the First generation Atmoph Window and Atmoph Window 2.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who have been long-time users of Atmoph products and utilize the affected features. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to vitalize the platform as a whole in the future.

Below, we explain the features and content scheduled for termination, and the reasons for this decision.

Scheduled Features and Content for Termination

1. First generation Atmoph Window: New scenery additions will stop at the end of March 2026.
2. First generation Atmoph Window: New installation of the smartphone app will stop at end of March 2026.
3. First generation Atmoph Window / Atmoph Window 2: IFTTT/Alexa integration feature will be terminated at end of March 2026.

(1) First generation Atmoph Window: Stopping new scenery additions after March 2026

The ability to purchase scenery on demand will remain available on the First-generation Atmoph Window. Scenery added on or before March 31, 2026, will continue to be available for purchase. However, scenery added on or after April 1, 2026, will not be available for purchase on the First-generation model. All scenery, including those added after April 1, 2026, will continue to be available for purchase on Atmoph Window 2 and Atmoph Window Yo.

Background: Since the Atmoph Window 2 generation, Atmoph has strengthened the data security (encryption method) for scenery content. While newer, more desirable formats were adopted across the Atmoph Window 2 and Atmoph Window Yo generations, it has become difficult for the First generation Atmoph Window's performance to support these new methods. It has become challenging to continue adding new scenery for the First generation Atmoph Window while maintaining new data security standards, which led to the decision to stop new additions after 2026.

(2) First generation Atmoph Window: Stopping new installation of the smartphone App

New installation of the smartphone app for the First generation Atmoph Window will be terminated. Users who have already installed the app can continue to use it and re-download it. However, new installations on a new smartphone will not be possible, and the app will be unpublished from the store (Scheduled for the end of March 2026).

Background: Since the release of the First generation Atmoph Window, smartphone models and OSes have significantly diversified. It is difficult for the current development team to continuously verify operation and support all devices and the diverse iOS/Android versions, leading to the decision to stop distributing the smartphone app for the first generation model. Since the app will become unusable upon changing your smartphone, we recommend using the "Dashboard Feature" (available from Version 4.0.10 or later).

(3) First generation Atmoph Window / Atmoph Window 2: Termination of IFTTT/Alexa integration feature

The IFTTT/Alexa integration features for both the First generation Atmoph Window and Atmoph Window 2 will be terminated. It will no longer be possible to create new integrations, and existing integrations will cease to function (Scheduled for the end of March 2026).

Background: While the IFTTT/Alexa integration features were heavily used by many users at the time of their release, the number of users has significantly decreased in recent years. Concluding that future user growth is unlikely, the decision was made to temporarily stop this feature to redirect the cost of maintaining and operating this system towards a form of implementation that is more easily accepted and relevant in the current era.

We recognize the necessity of integration with external services and will proceed with development to deliver this functionality through a new method in the future. We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience caused to users of the affected features due to the partial service termination. Issue with Live Streaming Views Not Updating

We have confirmed an issue where live streaming views were not updating on Atmoph Window. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. This issue has now been resolved and the service has been restored. Thank you for your understanding.

Updates to Community Posts from December 2025

We have provided the Community as a place where users can share simple operating tips and creative ways to enjoy Atmoph Window. However, we will be discontinuing the comment feature in the Community as of December 25, 2025. We sincerely appreciate your long-time participation and support.

Many questions have been posted in the Community, but in cases where individual support was required, we often directed users to contact us via email. This is because solving certain issues requires us to ask for personal device information (such as model or serial number) or account details (such as email address), which cannot be exchanged safely in a public space.

Going forward, in order to resolve any issues more smoothly, we will guide users to either the support page or contact form depending on the inquiry. We will continue working to further improve our services, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

• Error location: the confirmation page of the purchases on Atmoph Window
• Correct: Single view for $5.99, Panorama view for $9.99
• Incorrect: Single view for $5, Panorama view for $9

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inform you that it has already been fixed. Also, please rest assured that the invoiced amount is the correct price.
