Thanks for your reply but you failed to answer my question above.  Since the packages above was never delivered I presume it is "missing" but I can't even tell if it was your "remote" as I expected since you have had no tracking number to offer me.  Can you identify the above package number and point of origin of your shipment to me of the remote I ordered?  If not, I don't know if the remote was delivered and stollen or lost etc. and can't even decide to order another one to replace the first.  Its not exactly smart or even fair to do but I can't keep throwing away $25 each time never to be assured I'll get it.  I am worried about the more expensive LED light I ordered as it costs $125 and you must assure me I will receive it.  Thanks.
