How do I sync the Atmoph app with the Atmoph 2 window?

  Thank you for reaching out. It’s confusing but right now you can only control it via physical buttons on the product, until we release the app for Atmoph Window 2. Here is the video of how to use it.

  I am having the same issue, can not connect to the app and not sure it is connecting to my WiFi either.

  So if you’re saying the app doesn’t work right now, how are those with 3 screens supposed to get the 3 to sync?

  We are truly sorry to say, but the Panorama mode is also under development now.
  Right now you will not be able to see the Panoramic view, but will update the features via Wi-Fi as quick as possible.
  We'll be glad if you could wait for a little more.

  Dear all.

  Thank you for your continuous support. Also, we’re truly sorry for making you confused about app for Atmoph Window 2. As we’ve already received same feedbacks, we’re going to release it as soon as possible we could. It still under developed, but we’re looking for the way to set up the Panorama without using app. As the feature of Panorama is sill under developed too, we’ll keep you update.

  To see your current Wi-Fi connection, go to Settings > System > Network > Switch Wi-Fi and see ‘Current SSID’

  Hi Malay,

  Thank you for using Atmoph Window 2. To use buttons,

  • Double click on the center => go back to previous page
  • One click on center (when you see the views )=> Go to MENU
