Now, we have received some reports about the inability to connect Atmoph Scope well, and our development team is currently prioritizing a solution to this issue.     We hope this is not repetitive if you have already tried, but the following steps might help resolve the issue. Please feel free to give them a try:

    • Charge using your own USB-C cable and adapter, or the Charging Sill.
    • Update the system on your Atmoph Window Yo (MENU > Settings > System > Update).
    • Press and hold the power button on the Atmoph Scope to activate pairing mode, then set it up again (MENU > Settings > Atmoph Scope).

    If the Atmoph Scope does not enter pairing mode after pressing and holding the power button, it may indicate a malfunction with the Atmoph Scope. Then, please contact us at contact@atmoph.com.

    As for Sunlight Bar, there may be a problem with yours, so could you please contact us at contact@atmoph.com with details or a photo showing the problem? Thank you again for your cooperation and understanding.
