Window1 can’t display wether

Hi team,
Could you help to check why my window1 can’t display whether info now?

I can connect to the window normally, can access scenery shop to view new video. I tied re-configure the wether location， but it just shows a circle mark. Please help me figure out. Thanks.

Same thing is happening on my Window1 as well in Japan from last night.
I tried rebooting, change the weather area, and change the temperature settings, but no help. Is there any issue on the weather API or something?

Hi team,

I was working when I back to home yesterday, but doesn’t show whether this morning again. After I refresh the scenery, it shows up. Don’t know why.

Hi MR,

Thanks for reaching out. Also, we're truly sorry for bothering you a lot about it. As for this issue, our engineers team has been investigating the cause. So, would it be possible for you to set up the weather again by Setting > General > Weather? After you select "SAVE", restart the Atmoph Window.

It would be highly appreciate if you could tell us how it goes after that.

I just checked and the weather is displaying properly again. If the issue comes back, I'll try your suggestion.

Weather app has been down for a few days. Setting > General > Weather > Save then a reboot hasn't solved the issue.

Thank you for letting me know and trying to restart & set up the weather again. Also, I’m truly sorry that you’ve been troubled with displaying the weather. Just to make sure the internet connection, would you please see if the time is showing correctly? If it’s not, it would be highly appreciate if you could sent up Wi-Fi again from the setting page.
