How did you manage to get the other parts of the set on the other windows? Whenever I pick a panoramic one it seems like it just picks a specific part of the picture to put up :(

Hey Alex.  when you get the image of the panoramic one (the one with the 3 squares in the top left corner) you can double click the left or right arrow button to show the picture to the left or right of the one you are looking at.  I hope that helps

Thank you for setting up Atmoph Window 2, and sharing how to switch to the other part of Panorama view.

We’re extremely sorry for what happened. To see the case more clearly, would you try testing below?
    1. Restart Atmoph Window 2 by unplugging and plugging back the cable.
    2. Wait for 5 - 10 minutes.
If your window doesn't go back with this, let us know via email contact@atmoph.com

    >the second window and third window both changed back to the Yosemite and the beach scenes (free ones).
It seems the internet connection has failed in some reasons… It would be a temporally case, so would you try to restart the devices and see how it goes for a while?

Hope our answers would be some of you help, and to keep you enjoying the views.

    Best,
    Atmoph

Good afternoon.  I followed your recommendations, with no luck.  I submitted an email 3 days ago to the email address provided with no response.  Can you let me know the next steps, and how to get this resolved?

    Thanks-Kris

    Hi Kris,

I had similar situation like you. (I have single Atmoph Window2, waiting another one.) In my case, the bottle neck was WiFi speed. You might already tried of this but could you try to these windows get closer to your WiFi Access Point?

    I hope that helps

I have the same problem. To make sure the problem is not the WiFi, I purchased a $100 Linksis WiFi Extender and plugged it in directly below the threw frames. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the issue. I emailed atmoph yesterday and they haven’t replied yet.

Update.  I found that if you allow each window to load completely, before trying to load the next window I was able to get it to work.  It seems with all 3 trying to load at the same time, it caused a conflict.

Unfortunately, I tried to load a different view, and go an e90 error.  Any suggestions on how to remedy this error?

    Thank you -Kris
