Atmoph App Can’t Find Window

I have manually setup my window using buttons. It is connected to my main wifi network. I have downloaded latest update and I can browse scenes. However nothing I tr y works to connect Atmoph iphone App to Window. And YES they are on SAME wifi network. App never finds Window so I have to do everythin with buttons. This is NOT acceptable.

  I just received my three today and the same problem. After trying to troubleshoot, I now have an additional problem. Two of the three windows won’t let me select a background without asking me to subscribe, which I have already done. Very frustrating.

  Thank you for reaching out.
  It’s confusing but right now you can only control it via physical buttons on the product, until we release the app for Atmoph Window 2. Here is the video of how to use it.

  Thank you for sharing your problem. Also, we’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience it may cause you. Now, we recognized your problem within the team and have been working hard on it. As soon as possible we could, we’re going release new update to fix this issue, it would be highly helpful to give us little bit mote time to tackle with.

  Hi Panos,

  Thank you for your support. Also, we’re sorry for making you confused. App for Atmoph Window 2 is still under development and we're hurrying. The Atmoph app you can find on your phone's App Store now is only for Atmoph Window 1. It’s confusing but right now you can only control it via physical buttons on the product until we release the app.
