Need support on options like Camera module & LED modules
Both modules refer you to Atmoph App which is useless. Can't get it to sync with Atmoph Windows 2. The app isn't working with the sensor... I have tried the one that came with the unit and the Camera Module...
Please help.

The features including the option modules are currently under development, and will be added by the software updates. We'll update the version as quick and frequently as possible, so we'll be glad if you could wait for a little more.
For the app, right now you can only control it via physical buttons on the product, until we release the app for Atmoph Window 2. Here is the video of how to use it.

Thank you for continuous support with us. Also, we’re truly sorry for the negative experience you had. We're afraid that some of key features, Panorama, Modules, app are still under developed. We’re afraid that now only the limitless plan is available. As we’ve already received the same feedbacks many, we’ve been try to our best to release the new feature as soon as possible we could.

So you want us to pay full price for the service to watch only a very small amount of videos with out the camera or light working or the phone app working? How long will it take you to put out the product that we all paid allot of money for? For every month that you are taking, you should give us not just one month free, but free until you give us what we paid for. Two, three or more months for you to fix what should have already have been done.

Hmmm, IronWorkerFloyd had a VERY good point.
I have not signed up for the program as the device is not nearly fully functional and I do not know when it will be functioning . Nobody wants to pay for a semi-functional device on a monthly basis.
I tried to purchase just one additional image and your software does not allow that, despite saying on the device that you can buy singles, it always defaults to the monthly subscription.
I would give it a try if you extended the free trial to go 30 days starting AFTER the release of your software and app which make the unit actually functional...that seems fair.
This way all of us who have these devices early and not really functional could at least see something more than than the three images...until you release the software and then the clock could start ticking on the 30 days...but now...who knows when it will function fully.
Please let us know your thoughts on extending the free 30 day trial through the time of Fully Operational Release.

Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts. We know you’ve been waiting for our features and we again apologize for not meeting your expectations at this point. Until now, we’ve received many feedbacks from our backers and we keep seeking the best way to make things better. As you said, it seems to make sense that you’d like to try your one-month free trial on Panorama when the feature is ready for it. So yes, we’ve decided to extend the trial pried for those who join the Panorama/Panorama+ for the Limitless, roughly about 1 or 2 months when the feature will be updated :)
As a really small team with a massive roadmap, we’re afraid it will take some time, but there are many exciting updates to come! Stay tuned for what’s coming on next.
