U92 Error

    Hi Don Cruz Datanagan,


    Thank you for letting me know your current problem. Also, we're truly sorry for bothering you about this matter. An error might occur when something wrong with the process of sign in/out. So, could you please try to the following?

    1. Sign Out ALL devices.
    2. Then, Sign in again.

    If the error still persists, let me know.

    Same issue with our new Atmoph.  But we can not log out of 2 of the 3 windows.  

    Any suggestion. it just give us this U92 error.  Thank you - Kris

    same - still doesn't work after installing new update.   I get the same error when I try to log out of the other 2.

    Dear all,

    Thank you for updating. Also, we again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it may cause you. We've been dealing with this problem since we received an error report, yet we're afraid that it takes time more than we expected. Therefore, we're afraid that we could not include this bug fix with ver. 1.2.27.

    We know it's so annoying situation, but would you please give us a little more time? Our team is working hard on this now.
