AW101 factory reset
Hello,
I have an original AW101 and it's now freezing every time I add a new view. I'd like to do a factory reset to see if that will fix the issue.
Can you share the procedures and steps to do a complete factory reset?

Thank you for using the first generation Atmoph Window.
We regret to inform you that it is not possible to initialize the first generation Atmoph Window by operating the unit. If unplugging and unplugging the power supply and rebooting does not seem to improve the situation, the unit may be malfunctioning.
