Subscription never canceled
I moved to a new place back in April last year and canceled my subscription so that I will have enough time to set it up in my new house. Things have been busy and I have yet been able to do so, but my wife just realized that we have been paying the subscription this whole time.
Can you please
1. Stop my subscription for now, and
2. Provide refunds for all payments we made since May of 2024?
