You speak about an update 4.0. How can I download it because I can see anything in the settings.

Thank you for your comment. To update your Atmoph Window 2 to ver. 4.0, please go to MENU > Settings > System > Update. Then, your Atmoph Window 2 will find new version. If it dose not work, could you reconnect to Wi-Fi from MENU > Settings > System > Network and try to update again? If these is not any improvement, please contact to our support team, contact@atmoph.com.
