Error code U16 / U18

When I try to upload a video, an error code of U16 / U18 keeps popping up, the video is

Dimensions: 1920 x 1080

Codecs: H.264, MPEG4 AAC

Duration: 10 mins

I upload it through a desktop computer, not my phone.

Any solutions?

Thank you for asking and we apologize for your inconvenience. U18 error indicates that your video size is not supported. Our Upload suppose the video files below.
- Single: 1080px × 1920px or 2160px × 3840px
- Panorama: 3840px × 2160px
As 1920 x 1080 size is not supported, please prepare appropriate videos. Thanks for your cooperation.
