Error Code: U16 - Video Forma Error

Each time I try to upload a new video, I get this error:

Error Code: U16

The video is:

• MP4
• 12 mins long
• 4.4GB
• H.264 Codec

 

A video that was 1min and the same format loaded okay, but not the 12 min version.

  Thank you for trying the feature of uploading. As our Upload suppose the video files below, would you double-check if your files fit this format? Noted, videos without sound cannot be uploaded.

  * Single: 1080px × 1920px or 2160px × 3840px
  * Panorama: 3840px × 2160px

  Video files sometimes are automatically resized when you upload your file through your smartphone. When you have any trouble with uploading, try to upload through your PC, Mac, or other devices.
