Can’t find my window from the app.

Atmoph Window 2 and/or Atmoph Window Yo is supposed to be found in a few seconds from your app. If you can not find it, make sure the following.

Atmoph Window 2 and/or Atmoph Window Yo

• Make sure your Atmoph Window 2 is ver.1.5.2 or later
  To update, go to MENU (click the middle button)  > Settings > System > Update

Smartphone:

• Make sure you install the app for Atmoph Window 2
• Make sure your Bluetooth is ON

If the app still could not work, try to the following steps too.

1. Try to be close to your Atmoph Window 2 and/or Atmoph Window Yo.
2. Restart Atmoph Window 2 and/or Atmoph Window Yo to plug in & unplug.
3. Restart the app.
