Can’t find my Atmoph Window 2 from the app.

Atmoph Window 2 is supposed to be found in a few seconds from your app. If you can’t find it, make sure the following.

Atmoph Window 2

• Make sure your Atmoph Window 2 is ver.1.5.2 or later
  To update, go to MENU (click the middle button)  > Settings > System > Update

Smartphone:

• Make sure you install the app for Atmoph Window 2
• Make sure your Bluetooth is ON

If the app still could not work, try to the following steps too.

1. Try to be close to your Atmoph Window 2.
2. Restart Atmoph Window 2 to plug in & unplug.
3. Restart the app.
