The feature of 'Change View' from Scheduling

The feature of 'Change View' enable to change Views that have already downloaded locally to your device at any time interval you choose. It's depending on Views, but it is available to download around 18-20 Views. Noted, it is not available for Panorama.

Set this feature from MENU > Settings > General > Scheduling > Change View.
