If your Panorama group isn’t syncing up properly, please check the following two settings:
- Confirm the status of the Panorama Group
The timing of the Bluetooth connection (pairing) can cause the group to not be set up properly. Please confirm the status of your connection via the following menus :
・MENU > Settings > Panorama
If a green check mark is displayed, your group has been set up without issue. If a red X is displayed, it is possible that the group was not set up properly. Please unlink the group and set up the group again.
※Changing the leader window may improve the connection.
- Check the status of downloaded Views
If one or more of the windows did not properly complete downloading a View, they will not be able to sync the View on all the devices. Please check the status of the download.
※In order to confirm that the View was properly downloaded on each window, please unlink the windows from the group before checking.
