When you sign up for the Limitless Plan, your Atmoph Window 2 will be protected under our Limitless Supplementary Protection Warranty.
- This warranty covers damage resulting in a total loss of the unit, damage to a part of the unit resulting in a total loss, or damage to a part of the unit when using the unit within the usage parameters as outlined in the Start Guide included with the unit.
- This warranty’s coverage is limited only to the Atmoph Window 2 and does not include any optional modules.
- This warranty covers damages per unit each month up to a value of ¥15,000 (including consumption tax).
- This warranty covers only to failure or damage that occurs during the subscription period of Limitless.
- This warranty covers the number of units depending on the plan you join.
- Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
This Limitless Supplementary Protection Warranty is a separate warranty from the Extended Warranty Program. Please look here for further details.
When joining both, the term of the Extended Warranty Program will take precedence. If your enrollment in the Extended Warranty Program ends, the Limitless Supplementary Protection Warranty will be available during enrollment in the Limitless Plan.
